Arrival by train
Take a train to Birmingham New Street, then follow instructions below.

Arrival by plane
If you are arriving by plane at Birmingham International Airport, then you should take the monorail to Birmingham International Train Station. Then a train to Birmingham New Street.

If you are arriving at another airport, then feel free to email Simon (goodwin(at)maths.bham.ac.uk) if you have questions about how to get from there to Birmingham.

Getting to the School of Mathematics from Birmingham New Street
Take a local train to the station called "University". This station is marked on this map and it is a short walk to the School of Mathematics, which is R15 on the map.

Getting to the conference park from Birmingham New Street
(This is only relevant if you have accommodation booked at the conference park)
You can take a train to "University" station, and then the conference park is about 10 minutes walk, it is G16 on this map. You may prefer to take a taxi from outside New Street Station, which will cost between £5 and £10.
