If you are going to come to the meeting then you should let me know
If you do want us to reserve a room for you, then
I will require a deposit of £50 (£25 for research students)
cheques payable to the University of Birmingham. The official deadline
for reserving accommodation at Lucas house is 12th of January. (Though
we may be able to stretch this slightly.)
The rooms cost approximately £50 a night.
There is no registration fee.
We expect to be able to offset some of the expenses for postgraduate students.
