If you are going to come to the meeting then you should let me know

  1. If you want to attend the meeting dinner on Wednesday 18th  (approx. £23 pounds, £12  for postgrads).
     
  2. Which nights you require accommodation.

If you do want us to reserve a room for you, then I will require a deposit of £50 (£25 for research students) cheques payable to the University of Birmingham.  The official deadline for reserving accommodation at Lucas house is 12th of March. (Though we may be able to stretch this slightly.)

The rooms cost approximately £58 a night.

There is no registration fee.

Some contribution to travel expenses will be available, priority, however, will be given to postgraduate students.
