Due to Covid, these jobs are postponed. All updates will appear at this site. Alternatively, you can write me an email and I will keep you updated.

In connection with my EPSRC fellowship, I will soon be appointing a postdoc. This position will be initially for two years with the possibility of extension for up to five years. This job will definitively be advertised at DMANET, also feel encouraged to write me an email in case you are interested. You would be working closely together with me on 3-dimensional Combinatorics and/or Connectivity. I do hope that we together would make substaintial progress in this exciting new area, and I would support you in developing yourself as an independent researcher.

Additionally, I also have a position for an excellent PhD-student. If you are interested, please do get in contact via email. Examples of papers that were written under my supervision are:
  • New Constructions related to the Polynomial Sphere Recognition Problem (with L. Lichev), Preprint; pdf
  • Canonical tree-decompositions of a graph that display its k-blocks (with Pascal Gollin), J. Combin. Theory Ser. B , Volume 122 (2017), Pages 1-20; pdf
